ABOUT POW PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS
A multi-discipline construction comany built on education, safety and a genuine duty of care – to clients, to our people and to the places we work.
Pow Property Developments was born from a simple frustration: too many clients were juggling multiple contractors, inconsistent standards and a lack of clear communication. We set out to build a company that joins the dots – where residential projects, commercial works, all sit under one roof, sharing the same values, processes and commitment to quality.
Raising standards across construction and property services
Our purpose is to deliver safer, smoother and more transparent projects for every client we work with.
Safety as standard
Every decision starts with safety and compliance – not as a tick-box exercise, but as a non-negotiable.
Honesty & transparency
Straight answers, realistic timelines and open conversations – even when it’s difficult.
Continuous learning
We invest heavily in training, education and development so our team can grow and the industry can move forward.
Pride in our work
We treat every property, project and contract as if it were our own.
Collaboration
We work with clients, consultants and contractors as one team, not as adversaries.
Each division is led by experienced specialists, but all share the same systems, safety culture and leadership:
Pow Property Residential: Home refurbishments, extensions, loft conversions and new builds across Dorset.
Pow Property Commercial: Public and commercial projects, fit-outs and refurbishments across the South West.
We believe the construction industry changes for the better when companies invest in their people. That’s why we prioritise apprenticeships, on-the-job mentoring, formal qualifications and ongoing CPD. When you work with Pow Property Developments, you’re choosing teams who are up to date, accountable and supported to do things the right way.
Our divisions work to recognised standards and accreditations. We’re continuously improving our systems and documentation to meet the expectations of public-sector bodies, commercial clients and safety regulators.
